My sister, Cara, is a college student at USM that has been coordinating events to raise awareness and funding for people with critical needs; particularly children with life threatening illnesses. Currently, she is helping to “build a bridge” from the MS Gulf Coast to the victims and families of those involved in the Boston Marathon bombing(s). I am writing this for your review/consideration. Yesterday, my wife and I were contacted by a close friend, that serves and protects our local communities, as a Sheriff deputy. Initially, they
